What is the real reason for the fight between Abhijeet Bhattacharya and Shah Rukh Khan? Famous Bollywood singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya, who has sung many super hit songs for Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan, has revealed the real reason for the tension between him and Shah Rukh.
According to Indian media, Abhijeet Bhattacharya and Shah Rukh Khan’s relationship deteriorated in the late 90s. In a recent interview, when the singer was asked why he stopped singing for Shah Rukh, he explained the reason and said, ‘When someone’s self-esteem is hurt, he decides that enough is enough.’
Abhijeet said that he used to sing for his work, not for Shah Rukh Khan. However, when he felt that his work was not being given credit, while the person who served tea on the set of the film was also being appreciated, he felt that his hard work was not being appreciated, so he decided that he would not become Shah Rukh Khan’s voice.
When asked if Shah Rukh contacted him again, Abhijeet replied that the relationship with him is not completely over but Shah Rukh is now a big star and maybe he himself has no idea where he has reached. He said that he is moving forward in his life without any expectations from Shah Rukh.
Abhijeet also said that he is 5 or 6 years older than Shah Rukh Khan and both have egos. He said that there is only a day difference in their birthdays and both are Scorpios. Finally, he said that he does not need Shah Rukh Khan’s support and he is walking on his own path.
It may be recalled that Abhijeet Bhattacharya sang many famous songs for Shah Rukh Khan, including Toba Tumherah Yeh Aagar, the title track of the film Chalte Chalte, Oh Lakshi Jo Sabse Hussain Hai, Jhar Sa Jhoom Le Main, Hum To Deewane Hoye Yaar and Kanam Jo Main Ne Dekha which were super hits.
